For over 14 years, Ray Ponce has been faithfully committed to providing professional real estate services to his clients that exceeds their highest expectations. Ray has an undergraduate degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton and an Executive MBA from the University of Phoenix. Ray is a licensed real estate broker since 1992, member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Originally from the Bay Area, Ray understands what it is like to pull up stakes and move to a new environment. Ray’s areas of expertise are relocation, 1031 exchanges, short sales, REO sales and foreclosures. Raymond Ponce services all of Sacramento County and parts of El Dorado and Placer Counties.

Personally negotiated, purchased, rehabbed, and re-sold approximately 42 foreclosure properties since 2001.
- Short Sales (2001 – present):
Work with various lending institutions in the capacity of real estate agent representing home sellers. Successfully negotiated several short payoffs.
- REO Properties (1992 – present):
Currently working with various lenders and asset management companies to list and sell their REO listings.
Have sold REO properties in Northern and Southern California.
- Underwriting (1995-2000):
Six years of experience in underwriting conventional and non-conventional loans.
